If you keep getting a message stating that your "SESSION HAS EXPIRED" or you keep looping back to the LOG IN screen after entering your UserID & Password...
Or you get other Access denial messages or errors....
Then the following steps may help.

Please try these steps first, then If after taking these steps you STILL cannot access the site
or have problems, contact us again by clicking the Submit Request For Help Link located at the bottom (end) of this Web Page.

Note: If you were unable to follow the steps in this self help, you may be required to have a Windows Knowledgeable assistant handy.

Before you begin, run this "COOKIE TEST by clicking here" to see if your browser is accepting COOKIES...
You should get a message saying "PASSED"
If you get an "ALERT", do not go any further until you have ENABLED COOKIES.

If COOKIES were previously TURNED OFF and you just turned them back on, close all browser windows,
open a fresh browser and try to get into the site again. If you get in, you're done.
If you've passed the COOKIE TEST and STILL cannot get in, Continue as follows....

First, Power down your computer COMPLETELY (Power completely off for 20 seconds...not just a restart)
Then turn it back on and let it re-boot into Windows. Then clear the cache by deleteing
all stored cookies and files. Next (Important) Close ALL browsers, open a NEW browser window
then try the site again.

Second, if you are using any type of "Internet Accelerator" such as Earthlink's
or BellSouth.net's Internet accelerator, please disable it as they are known to block
secure websites.

Third, your browser MUST be set to accept "Cookies". Cookies are used by
nearly all banks and financial institutions to guarantee a secure connection while
accessing their web sites. Our's does as well.

Fourth, Check to see if you have an anti virus program or firewall program
running which may need to be set so that it allows access to the ParamedsPlus
Web Site. If you're not familiar with this procedure, find a friend who is or
alternatively, you may need to hire a local expert.

Fifth, Open Internet Explorer and click on TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS,
DELETE FILES, DELETE FILES AGAIN with the checkbox checked, then DELETE COOKIES.

Finally, Make sure you take the steps below.

For Internet Explorer

Open Your Internet Explorer Browser Then Click on TOOLS
then Internet Options



Now Click on the Security Tab.

Next, Click on Trusted Sites and then the Sites Button.



Finally, type in the numbers you see below EXACTLY as shown in the "add this Web site to the zone" box and click ADD when done. Repeat this for both numbers. After adding all numbers, click OK at the bottom.



The numbers are 216.235.110.239 and 216.242.56.15 and 64.234.203.170 (make sure to include the periods)

IMPORTANT!...Be sure that the check box near the bottom that says Require Server Verification is UN-CHECKED.
When you're done, you should have all sets of numbers in the Web sites box at the bottom.

Now go back and try to log in again!

For AOL

 Click Settings



Click Preferences, then Internet Properties

Click the PRIVACY TAB



Click EDIT


Finally, in the "Address of Web Site" Box, type the following...

64.234.203.170
(Click Allow.....then...)
216.242.56.15
Then click "Allow" again

Click OK to close the box.
You're all done! Close ALL browsers,... then go back and try again.
